Otter Town News - Week 6

Happy Friday, Ortega Otters! 🦦 We hope you all survived the week and are ready to enjoy a well-deserved weekend. Wishing our students, families, and staff a fun, relaxing, and wonderful weekend! Maybe even see a few of you at the Coastal Clean Up Day or Rancho Day Fiesta!

Calling all Otters! Please come help tend to our school campus at the Fall Day of Service, October 18 2pm-4pm. Many hands make light work, so come ready with your gloves and tools. Shovels, hoes, pruners, and rakes would all be appreciated. If you cannot attend, but would like to help garden and beautify around campus regularly please use this LINK to sign up for the Ortega Garden and Beautification Committee.

We need you

Popsicle Sales

Sign up to sell popsicles after school on Wednesdays. Through October 7 there are two shifts: TK/K volunteers report to the PTO office at 11:45 AM, and grade 1–5 volunteers report to the school at 1:00 PM. From October 14, when TK/K dismissal moves to 1:15, there is one shift for the whole school — report to the school at 1:00 PM.
